I
have made candy for friends and relatives for years and
every year my group of recipients said the same thing…."Why
don't you make these available to everyone?"
I had to admit that
I harbored secret dreams of owning my own store, offering
the public some tasty treats and possibly some laughs.
I started out selling
them for party favors, hostess gifts, bridal showers and
various catered affairs. The overwhelming response inspired
me to try the Internet as a way to make them available to
folks outside of the Los Angeles area and as a step towards
my goal of opening a shop somewhere.
I am currently a small
operation working out of a commercial kitchen during their
off hours. I also work full-time as a personal chef for
an entertainment executive's family. The odd ball hours
are a bit of a challenge but onward and upward is my motto
and my passion for bringing Smorgasms to one and all shall
not be swayed.
We will do customized,
personalized packages for your special event i.e.: bridal
showers, anniversaries, or add them to your dinner party
place settings or as hostess walk-away gifts. The possibilities
are endless.
For those of you in
the Los Angeles area, I am available as a chef for small
affairs.
