All of our products are handmade in small batches, to insure freshness and quality. We take pride in using only the finest ingredients.

Toffee Trollops are the perfect balance of sweetness to salt. Buttery toffee sits on a bed of the finest quality roasted almonds, cashews, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, and pecans. Topping the tender toffee is a layer of smooth, rich, dark Belgium chocolate. Finely ground raw walnuts top the dreamy chocolate and……voilà .. perfect cocoa afterglow.

Peanuts Envy is the best peanut brittle known to human kind ….ok ok that could be just a wee bit of bragging….I am a bit biased, being the creator and all…but it really is a leap above most brittle….loaded with roasted, lightly salted peanuts, this brittle is very crisp and very crunchy without being rock hard …a state that is desirable for some things (tee hee hee) but not peanut brittle. Even people that "don’t like peanut brittle" rave about it.

Snow Jobs anyone? This delicious confection is guaranteed to put a satisfied smile on the receiver’s face. Creamy white chocolate is laced with plump, dried cranberries and raw almonds and the more you eat the more you want. The sweetness of the white chocolate is perfectly balanced by the tartness of the cranberries.

Relax and feel the white cocoa afterglow.

These are perfect gifts that not only please the palate, but also bring a smile to the lips with a humorous, erotic name. A candy filled cellophane bag is placed inside a petite organza shopping bag, festooned with a colorful ribbon and gift tag. Treat yourself or a friend (if you can manage to actually give them away).

The nuts for the Toffee Trollops are cashews, brazil nuts, hazelnuts, pecans, and filberts. No peanuts are used. Roasted and lightly salted, these whole nuts are coarsely chopped, not ground, so the flavor of each one can be distinguished. Finely ground raw walnuts top off the smooth, dark chocolate covering the tender toffee. The contrast is wonderful.

Only sweet cream butter, real vanilla, and pure cane sugar meet our standards. "Artificial" is not in our vocabulary and client satisfaction is our top priority.

Orders are normally shipped within 2- 3 days of order. During the warmer months (April-October) we ship your order in insulated containers with cold gel packs to insure the quality of your shipment. We ship Monday through Wednesday so the order doesn't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
Overnight delivery is available for additional charge.
